Daniel Autry- Triangle
Daniel came on board in 2013 with a varied background in building industry. He began designing trusses (CAD) 10 years ago, and recently worked with Contract Sales in national home improvement chain. Having grown up in Apex, North Carolina, just outside of Raleigh, he has not strayed too far from home. Daniel enjoys playing golf, and would play a round each day if he could.
Rick Bell- Triangle, Wilmington, Lumberton
Rick brought practical woodworking know-how to the table when he joined ITC Millwork in 2013. He has 20 years carpentry experience, 12 of which specifically focused on residential trim. The variety and quality of our product help him meet the needs of our customers in the Raleigh market. Growing up in Walton, New York, Rick participated in school sponsored athletics. He carried his love of sports into adulthood, first playing for, and now head coach of the Raleigh Vipers, a local Rugby team competing in USA Rugby’s Premier Men’s Division.
David Brady- Triangle, Pinehurst
David has a long history in the millwork industry, with more than 25 years working as trim carpenter and installer. In 2004, David joined the Sales Team of ITC Millwork. He enjoys the aspect of building relationships with contractors, enabling him to better meet their needs. A native of St Petersburg, Florida, he's always preferred working out in the field to being "stuck behind a desk." On David's off-time, if he's not spending time with his daughter, Claire, he's probably enjoying a round of golf.
Ryan Carpenter- Charlotte Metro
Ryan, a native of Charlotte North Carolina, joined ITC Millwork in 2007 in our Accounts Receivable department. During her tenure, as she gained product knowledge, she began to split her time between Accounts Receivable and Inside Sales. She has now fully transitioned into the Inside Sales Rep position. Ryan loves learning new things and enjoys continually growing and learning in the industry. She is an avid runner and hopes to one day complete a marathon.
Doug Helm- Lake Norman, Charlotte Metro
Doug comes to Charlotte from the Metro Atlanta area, and brings more than seventeen years experience in the building industry, having worked as both a general contractor and in sales. As a former business owner, Doug understands the importance of building relationships with customers. He enjoys the design element of residential construction, how interior trim can be used to make each home unique. He and his family spend their leisure time on the water. If they are not at the beach, they are relaxing on the lake.
Sherri Horne- Charlotte Metro, Charleston
Sherri grew up in Marshville, North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte. Joining ITC Millwork in 2005, she began with little to no experience in the building industry. Her friendly demeanor helped her build successful client relationships while she learned the ins and outs of architectural millwork products. Seeing the different and unique ways customers design their homes never gets old to her. Sherri is production-oriented, getting a rush when she’s able to beat real and/or self-imposed deadlines. She is excited to be volunteering for a Hospice Service in her county.
Chuck Hudson- Charlotte Metro
Another Sales Team member that has been with ITC Millwork from the beginning is Chuck Hudson. Around 2000, he decided to find work that would get him outdoors, meeting and interacting with the public on a regular basis. He began working with a friend in the building industry, and they both eventually ended up here. He enjoys the designing and creative side of the Architectural Millwork business. Chuck has several interesting hobbies to keep him busy on his off time. Having owned a gun shop in the past, he still dabbles in gun collecting and gunsmithing. He is an avid huntsman, his game ranging from small to large, even having been on an African safari. And if those hobbies weren't enough to keep him busy, he has a machine shop set up in his garage.
Wayne Inman- Charlotte Metro
Wayne, a native of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, received his degree in Industrial Arts with a concentration in Wood Technology from Appalachian State University. He began his career working in the furniture manufacturing industry and transitioned into the Millwork business as the furniture industry declined in the United States. He has been a part of numerous residential and commercial projects in the Charlotte area, and enjoys the design-side of the industry, working closely with the builder and customer to produce a finished product all are pleased with. Wayne is a member of Providence United Methodist Church. He has volunteered countless hours with the Boy Scouts of America, and enjoys outdoor activities including skiing to backpacking, camping to water-skiing, or sailing in the Virgin Islands.
Eric Johnson- Charleston, Charlotte Metro
With over 20 years in the Building Industry, and most of that in Architectural Millwork, Eric brings a great deal of product knowledge to ITC Millwork. He grew up in Illinois, just west of Chicago. His early career in Charlotte was in a police crime lab, doing forensic work. When he decided to change directions, he knew he wanted to be outdoors rather than tied to a desk. A friend suggested lumber brokering, and Eric ran with it, and before long, was selling product up and down the East Coast. This path eventually led to relocating to Charleston, South Carolina as a Sales Representative for ITC Millwork. It’s been rumored that Eric can measure a project and write up a trim package order just by riding past the home in his vehicle, and with his experience it just might be true. He does manage to find time for some non-millwork activities, such as spending time with his grandchildren, or furthering his gun collecting hobby by attending a Gun Show.
Rick Ramsey- Charlotte Metro
Like the old chicken vs egg riddle, it’s not easy to determine which came first, Rick or ITC. From Illinois by way of Texas, Rick found himself in Charlotte by the late 80’s, installing trim for a business that eventually became ITC Millwork. When asked how many years he’s been in the building industry, he responded “All my life”. He’s a licensed General Contractor, and has built houses from the ground up. As a part of our Sales Team, Rick relishes the challenge of creating unique, practical designs, and finding workable solutions to the inevitable obstacles that arise on any any building project. Rick enjoys the outdoors. On his down time, he could be playing golf, or out cruising on his Harley Davidson.
Paul Russell- Charlotte Metro
Paul is a Philadelphia native and has been in North Carolina for ten years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2003. Paul joined the ITC Millwork Sales Team in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience in the building industry. Throughout his career, Paul has been involved in many facets of the business including, sales, operations, human resources, and management. He enjoys interacting with new customers every day and conquering challenges that he is approached with. Paul is an avid sports fan, enjoys coaching and outdoor activities with his wife and three boys as well as finding time to volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America as a Cubscout Den Leader.
Jenny Taylor- Raleigh
In addition to being part of ITC Millwork Sales Team, Jenny facilitates the day to day operations of our Raleigh location. She came on board in 2004, and has held a variety of duties, from inventory control, to clerical, to item list maintenance and many more. When asked what she enjoys about the millwork business, she answered, “I like seeing how a piece of wood can be turned into a beautiful design and knowing that I’m helping to create the finished result of a home.” When Jenny is away from ITC, she is most likely working with her 3 horses, grooming, riding or taking part in a horse show.
Doug Wetherill- Asheville and Western North Carolina
Doug joined ITC Millwork in 2014 after working as a manager for a large US and Canadian moulding and millwork manufacturer. In addition he served for over 10 years as an National Account Director managing large scale projects in the retail home building center industry. But before all of that, Doug started at an early age working in his family's lumber yard and building supply center in southern NJ. He, his wife and two sons moved to Asheville 20 years ago. They enjoy living in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. In his down time, he likes to run and races a few 5k's throughout the year.
