Casey Roberts brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong customer-first mindset to the USAM Knoxville team. A proud East Tennessee native, Casey launched his career in building materials shortly after earning his degree from Tennessee Tech University, where he attended as a scholarship athlete. He quickly discovered a passion for the fast-paced, hands-on nature of the industry while participating in a management trainee program with 84 Lumber. From that point forward, he was all in.
His career path has taken him through multiple markets, including Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas, where he gained valuable insights into regional operations, logistics, and customer needs. Eventually, the opportunity to return home to Knoxville brought a new perspective and a growing appreciation for high-end trim and architectural millwork. Watching a home come together and seeing the detailed work completed after all other trades have wrapped up remains one of the most rewarding aspects of his role.
Casey takes pride in the work USAM provides to clients and enjoys walking completed job sites with his daughter, pointing out the craftsmanship that defines the company’s partnerships. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying local parks, baseball games, or hosting backyard cookouts with friends and family.
