Casey Van De Griff

Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Casey Van De Griff brings over 30 years of experience in the sales and service industry to his role at U.S. Architectural Millwork (USAM) Knox. With a background rooted in customer engagement and relationship building, Casey is known for his ability to listen, identify client needs, and deliver results with precision and professionalism.

After a successful 16-year career as a golf professional at a private country club in Knoxville, Casey transitioned into outside sales with a regional distributor. In that role, he managed a focused group of accounts tied to the construction and building materials industry, including hospitals, schools, churches, banks, law firms, and manufacturing facilities. USAM was one of those accounts, and it was through that connection that Casey built a strong rapport with Jeff Ambrister—one that ultimately led to an invitation to join the USAM team.

Casey stepped into the world of architectural millwork in 2018 with no prior industry experience, but he brought a clear sense of purpose and drive. Even when introduced to the business in less-than-ideal jobsite conditions, he didn’t hesitate. He immersed himself in learning, asked questions, and actively sought opportunities to grow. His honesty, work ethic, and team-first mentality quickly made him a trusted partner to clients and a valued member of the USAM sales team. His dedication and commitment to continuous improvement have firmly positioned him as a rising leader within the organization.

Today, Casey works closely with his clients to deliver tailored millwork solutions that elevate both residential and commercial projects. From moulding profiles and interior door packages to specialty millwork, he brings deep product knowledge and a customer-first mindset to every job.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys an active lifestyle that includes early morning runs, hiking, strength training, fishing, golf, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. Most of all, he values time spent with family and is excited to welcome his first granddaughter.
