Charles “Charlie” Caylor has been delivering trusted millwork expertise and customer-first service at U.S. Architectural Millwork Knoxville since 2013. As an experienced Outside Sales Representative, Charlie blends field knowledge with an innate understanding of what today’s builders, designers, and architects need—precision, professionalism, and products that elevate every space.

Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Charlie brings local insight and a personable, solutions-oriented approach to his role. His hands-on carpentry background and commitment to quality allow him to support clients through complex project demands, including value engineering, custom trim and door packages, and specialty millwork for high-end residential builds.

Known for his warm personality and sharp sense of humor, Charlie’s mantra--“Laugh at me or with me, just laugh”—captures the energy he brings to each client interaction. He’s outgoing, detail-oriented, and deeply invested in making sure those around him feel supported, both personally and professionally.

One of his most rewarding projects to date involved collaborating on an 18,000-square-foot estate for a well-known home shopping television executive. It's the kind of challenge he thrives on—high expectations, tight coordination, and the opportunity to deliver exceptional millwork solutions.

Outside the office, Charlie enjoys cruising with his wife in their convertible and is an active member of Grace Baptist Church. A fun fact few know is that he once played bass in a Christian country band in the 1990s.

While people often joke about his nickname, “Talks too much,” Charlie is most proud of the friendships he has formed and the customers he has helped. He defines success not by numbers, but by the number of lives he impacts along the way.
