With over three decades of experience in the wood products and architectural millwork industry, Jason Check brings a wealth of knowledge, integrity, and insight to his role as Outside Sales Representative at U.S. Architectural Millwork Knoxville. Though recently joining the team, Jason is already making a significant impact by combining his technical expertise with a customer-first mindset.

Originally from Wausau, Wisconsin, Jason’s career began with hands-on experience in homebuilding and evolved into an expansive journey through lumber sales, millwork production, and the distribution of architectural products. Before joining USAM, he spent ten years on Florida’s central west coast with Real Woods Architectural Millwork, where he served clients in the high-end custom residential market.

Jason’s background also includes managing sawmill operations, selling kiln-dried lumber and custom mouldings across the Northern Midwest, and building lasting relationships with builders, designers, and contractors. His professional philosophy is rooted in three key principles: listening closely to clients' needs, embracing innovation and new technologies, and treating time as a valuable asset.

Known for being dependable, insightful, and easy to work with, Jason lives by a simple yet powerful motto--“Forward.” Whether he's solving complex millwork challenges or helping clients select the right materials, he is committed to forward-thinking solutions that uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Jason’s passion for the wood industry runs deep—he comes from a long line of timber and manufacturing professionals, and he proudly continues that legacy. His daughter, currently studying architecture, represents the fifth generation of the family committed to shaping the built environment through design and craftsmanship.

When he's not serving clients, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing, and seeking out new experiences. He’s happiest when surrounded by friends and family and would love to be remembered for revolutionizing a method, tool, or process within the wood industry.
