Kimberly Bryan brings a warm, loyal, and hardworking spirit to her role on the Inside Sales team at U.S. Architectural Millwork in Knoxville. Since joining the company in 2016 as an Office Administrator, Kimberly has grown into a go-to resource for both coworkers and clients, known for her dependability, her determination to find answers, and her unwavering desire to help others succeed.
A native of Loveland, Ohio, Kimberly earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from Crown College of the Bible. Before joining USAM Knox, she worked as a bank teller, where she sharpened her attention to detail and customer service skills. With eight years of experience in the building products industry, she continues to develop her leadership abilities and industry knowledge, contributing to the team’s growth and success.
Faith and family are central to Kimberly’s life. She’s happiest when spending time on her family farm, serving in her local church—Walridge Baptist—or sipping a Coca-Cola surrounded by loved ones. She lives by the mantra “Keep Christ first,” and believes in showing up on time, working hard, and staying focused on your goals.
Kimberly’s coworkers would describe her as the “go-to girl” for any question or challenge, and she’s proud to be part of a company that feels like family. Her advice to new hires? “Come in with an open mind and be a sponge. There’s a lot to learn, but with determination, you’ll catch on fast.”
Outside of work, Kimberly is active in the Highland Cattle Association and aspires to pursue a career in real estate one day. Whether at USAM or beyond, she defines success as having a lasting spiritual impact on others, and she's certainly doing just that through her work and daily interactions.
