I just wanted to let you know that Charlie consistently stands out among the vendors I have interacted with as responsive and efficient in our dealings. He takes interest in our needs and works to improve service as necessary. I think we don't take time often enough to give positive feedback. Often we forget that the interior detailing makes a building perfect.
