Before joining USAM, Tyler served as a Senior Appeal Processor at Cigna, where he developed a keen eye for detail and thrived in a fast-paced, high-pressure learning environment. While his background may seem unconventional for the millwork industry, Tyler has quickly become a valuable resource on the sales team, driven by his mantra that focusing on accuracy naturally leads to increased productivity.
Tyler supports customers with detailed product knowledge across interior doors, mouldings, and custom millwork solutions, helping builders and contractors find the right materials for their projects. He enjoys learning the technical aspects of trim, profiles, and components that define high-end residential construction.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys a variety of activities, including video games, card games, camping, fishing, and grilling. He’s happiest when taking scenic drives through the mountains and is always up for sharing fun facts.
