FAQ: Shipping, Delivery and Pickup
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver on our own custom built trucks in all primary markets served with no delivery fee. Our typical delivery markets are within a 30-60 mile radius of our locations in Charlotte & Raleigh. In Charleston & Wilmington, we generally service the greater metro areas in these locations. We frequently deliver outside of these areas, which require delivery fees (if applicable). Call us to find out to find out if your location is covered.
Do you ship via UPS/FedEx/Common Carrier/Courier?
Yes. Typically this is done when a location is outside of our normal delivery zone.
When do you deliver?
We typically provide daily delivery service to the Charlotte & Raleigh Metro markets. In Charleston & Wilmington we provide twice a week service or as needed.
I’d like to pick up my order. When & where can I pick it up?
Upon product availability, pick up hours are generally 7am-2:30pm M-F at our Charlotte & Raleigh locations. All pick-up dates are to be discussed & confirmed at the time of order.
I just placed my order for in stock product, when can I get it?
In the Charlotte & Raleigh Metro markets, orders placed by 10am are typically delivered the following day. In Charleston & Wilmington, we will deliver on the next available truck to those areas. All delivery dates are to be discussed & confirmed at the time of order.
I just placed my order for non-stock product, when can I get it?
Lead time varies for non-stock items. In some cases lead times can be as short as 2-3 days. Other trim & door items may be available anytime between 10-20 business days. All delivery dates are to be discussed & confirmed at the time of order.
