I just wanted to let you know that Charlie consistently stands out among the vendors I have interacted with as responsive and efficient in our dealings. He takes interest in our needs and works to improve service as necessary. I think we don't take time often enough to give positive feedback. I would be surprised if there aren't at least 10 customers out there like me who have thought about giving you this information but have not acted.  I hope to have 10 sales reps as outstanding as Charlie.
